OSRS has its own Fresh Start Worlds event too, although literally their version is a nothingburger with nothing new to get and nothing to boost their progression.

I don't know regular OSRS players like the 3x-4x xp rates in RS3's Fresh Start, but perhaps OSRS Leagues players who are used to 5x xp and rewards may be interested in RS3's Fresh Start if they are bored of Leagues though.

Brushing aside Jagex's monetary fixation, this actually sounds really interesting. Although i wish they made it more unique, rather than the usual, dull grinds. They could have included new skilling areas/methods which are unique to those worlds alone. Also, the heightened exp rates bother me, it defeats the purpose of earning your skills authentically

Why exactly does this bother you so much?

No one has yet to state any reasons why this is such a bad idea.

Its been nothing but 100% bashing and thats never a good way to get your point across.

Ppl play on alts all the time, i mean what do you think some of the players on osrs are?

They are alts of ppl who play rs3.

OK, your choice really, but a reminder: If you want to try OSRS Fresh Start Server, you will also need to make a "brand spanking new account" too.
