This isn't a Confirmed Future Update Jagex have in the planning stage.
You are wanting Jagex to address the in game chat so you can post what some could see as an offensive term. I can't see it happening.
You will just need to find other more user friendy words to use and none that could be seen as offensive. Remember you can be reported still for offensive words even though we have the filter. Comprehensive Account Security
