First off, I'm sure I'm not the only one who expects the Rellekka Graphical Update to be...
Beyond the pale. I DO hope we shall see new tree growth in and around Rellekka. Perhaps a few stone statues and maybe an apple pie vendor? No doubt in my mind it will be worthy of epic sagas!

Yes it will, that area will look quite nice after the graphical update.

they dont normally add objects and or npc's when they do graphical changes.
the jmods will go over the terrain and smooth things out, make the rocks up to date, etc. pssst....we know who you are. Hail Sithis!
