No new protean items?

So last double exp they featured new proteans on treasure hunter for a limited time (essence, meat, shake) and after that th promo you could not get them anymore, neither from converting existing proteans nor from protean packs.

They just announced double exp happening in August 12th, and they did not mention these new protean items. My question is, why are they not making them available for the community through in game methods yet? or are they planning to squeeze them into another th promo to quick grab money ....

Well IIRC jagex never said they would be made available outside TH or if they did im sure they dont want it to be this soon for w/e reason.

So they'll release them when they want to.

Plus its not like you cant already get protean essence in a way in the form of unstable essence.
