will we be able to use prismatic lamps and fallen stars for Necromancy upon release?

No, so it is very fair to all players, plus players like you can continue to use all lamps and stars on skills like Archaeology, Invention and Slayer.

As mentioned, there will be a six-month embargo on most XP boosters, direct XP and bonus XP for Necromancy upon its release. (And it's been this way for every new skill that I can remember.)

You can still use any of the following if you have them:
* The "Inspire Awe" relic.
* The "Wise" invention perk
* Torstol incense sticks
* Scripture of Bik

Tested the prismatic star-> unavailable.
Tested prismatic lamp->unavailable.
Tested penguin points->unavailable.
Tested legendry wisdom aura->No idea, I activate it sometimes when I'm training necro. It increases all experience by 2.5%
