It would be really easy to do when they give everybody a pet called Wish.
So everybody gets Wish, the
clockwork Pinocchio
living and breathing real G-Nome boy. Sounds good to me.
Throw in a huge Supreme STAR everybody can wish upon... so makes no different who they are!
Why not add some HEARTS of Ice... as when their hearts are in their dreams no request is too extreme!
So some are greedier than the others. They still wish for more wishes... so give them 3 more XP Lamps.
Somebody is waxing poetic.
Honestly, while what Mod Hooli said the wish will be is more useful, and many people will be happier with it, I love the idea of giving out a "Wish" pet.

Anyone else getting the feeling it will be delayed till May or even later?
Why do they have to delay when the restoration process is a thundering success and almost everybody is back in the game and playing RS3 now?
Because jagex incompetence has no limits.
Incompetence? Didn't RS3 restore almost everything to everybody while some other similar MMORPGs can't even restore a single lost item?
Other MMORPGs do not have to restore anything to players since they do not screw it up and destroy the game in the first place.
Other MMORPGs absolutely have screwed up and many just don't admit it. Jagex is one of those who admitted the problems. In RS3's case they admitted there was a server problem in March and they restored it. In OSRS's case, they admitted their technology sucks through the Support Center so they never restored any lost items for OSRS players.

Thundering success? lol 5 weeks of missed game time to restore 3.5 weeks of data at a cost of thousands of labour hours is a total fail.
I would have got more in them 5 weeks over what I lost in the 3.5 weeks.
Back to topic I got a email today from Jagex that says they are still talking about it and got no further. Then they have to design, then code, then test, then balance then retest then add to the game. As the last update for April is only 5 days away or 2 working days I have strong doubts it will be ready.
ps. I meant the wishes for iron accounts, maybe the wishes are ready for normal accounts but to be honest I can not see them sending out in 2 batches. I also can not see them giving wishes on April 30th as its a Friday then you have Mayday so if something goes wrong there will be no one around to fix it.

Perhaps you have heard of other game developers being hacked and couldn't restore a lot of accounts at all, like Capcom. Didn't I also mention OSRS players have no luck to get any lost items restored as their sucky technologies only allow them to either roll everything back or just live with the loss?
