Assume that Jagex will hand over 21 levels with no new content. Which one is more likely.
Hardly to believe -> See other 120's.

The familiars I listed on page 53 are not useful even to low level players. They are just there as a training method to get to the next useful familiar.
Also the fact that you think this should be in suggestions, means you haven’t read the front post or haven’t heard of 120 summoning poll.
- Pretentiousness?

I remember using quite a lot of those Summons for teles, boosts & extra damage @ those levels, still do on occasion.
Same, I even gave him a few examples.
I think he assumes that everyone is level 99 indeed and that most familiars are not used anymore for high levels. That is true, but you don't see me cut oak logs for either and REE for not having a use

So you’ll release familiars up to 120 without addressing existent familiars?
Answer me these two questions and I’ll see if I’ll be satisfied with your response:
1) In the new 120 summoning familiar thread the op gave elemental titans beyond 99 summoning special effects and remove ice titan to replace with gale titans. Should not these effects be given to the current elemental titans and nihils and add gale titans to the family rather than replacing ice titan?
2) What is your stance on gwd1? With elder rune titans at level 120, you can bet your ass once 120 core combat gets buffed to 120, gwd1 and gwd2 bosses will get steam rolled on normal or possibly even hard mode. Are we going to buff all existent bosses and slayer mobs to compensate 120’s dps while literally screwing over everyone else? Or will you be satisfied with having future content aimed at 99-120?
summoning should stay at 99 and jagex should rebalance the pouches. i.e.
rune minotaurs would move down to level 50s and such. top end familiars would move down and get nerfed a bit and open up new top level slots where pouches are missing.
theres no more 120s. they suck and jagex are idiots for trying to make that a thing in the first place. if you toggle virtual levels off theres no level 120s anyway.
2) What is your stance on gwd1? I have no idea what thread you're referring to and I don't really care whether or not Summoning goes to 120, but what point are you even trying to make here? GWD1/2 bosses have never been adjusted for power creep before, why would they be adjusted just because of Summoning going to 120?
There's nothing wrong with end-game content making mid-game bosses easy, in fact this is something that's already happened. You can bet your ass GWD1 is a hell of a lot easier now with T92 weapons, overloads, praesul prayers, steel titans, etc than it was when it was released where people were doing it in teams of 3+ with barrows armour, whips, no familiars, super potions, and regular prayers.
This is natural power creep, and the solution isn't to arbitrarily make old bosses harder, it's to make new bosses that are challenging even with the best, latest gear. See Solak, ED3, etc.
