personally i dont like altscape and think that we shouldnt be allowed more then 3 accounts but thats just me. if you want to play on that many accounts at once then just going to have to wait and see. pssst....we know who you are. Hail Sithis!

tbh rs3 is pretty afk i can do bossing with them or mining or what ever that dosent take much attention, and for some people as myself is more fun when altscaping. rather than grinding stuff on one account. we like to grind on more accounts

Since the Launcher uses Runescape's stand-alone client it shouldn't do. It will just make people more 'accountable' (pun intended), so if they bot on one account, all accounts get hit with a penalty. Fantastic update if you ask me, can't wait for it. People will still find a work-around for it, I'm sure, but the convenience of adding all accounts to ONE log-in will be an advantage for honest players. Also they mention that they'll have live chat support, that's dedication right there, respect to them dedicating the effort to that if it goes ahead. Bob says:
