I replied to OP in this thread. Whether he wants to play HCIM then we talk about how we play HCIM and gain the most with Hero Pass.

Latest updates officially from Jagex:

"IRONMAN ACCOUNTS
Since our announcement last week, our team have been looking at future options to make Hero Pass more valuable for Ironman accounts.

Building from your feedback, we are looking to discuss the topic of Ironman players being able to claim XP rewards from Daily Missions, but we want to make sure that we approach this subject correctly.

With that in mind, we will be looking to ask the Ironman player community directly for their guidance on whether or not they should be able to claim XP rewards from Daily Missions in the near future.

Our long-term focus is on the rewards from Hero Pass for Ironman accounts in general. We will be looking to engage with the Ironman Community on our proposals once they are ready, and make sure they align with the expectations of what an Ironman should be able to claim."

As I see, RS3 is asking all of the IM community for input of what rewards they want to see. Thy have also talked about xp rewards for players like OP who may want other rewards than cosmetics. Just a head up. :)

well since you seem to have a direct contact, tell them allow notepaper to be bought with oddments. there, now the oddments have something for us to spend them on that doesnt significantly change the way ironman works. or change oddments to gold like it was before oddments were released. back then things we couldnt get from event boxes were just turned to gold if the event let us participate at all.

I think what they mean is in the near future, they will ask the entire IM community (not just a newer midlevel HCIM, or veteran non-HCIM, but everybody in the entire IM community) about rewards. I don't know what format it will be, and I think perhaps a Q&A session or a survey regarding the whole Hero Pass system is appropriate.

We (Irons) never got usefull stuff from Yak Trak - O.K. fine.
We were getting a nice helping each day in exp - not buyable, not tradeable so still in the Iron ethos.
They took that away and taking things away will allways upset people,

irrelevant, this is not about him personally. I am a 30k runescore trimmed iron, i have every single oddment item available to irons, and 125k oddments in my currency pouch

an intelligent person is capable of understanding how things affect others as much as themselves, as well as potentially themselves in the future

his point stands.

When you explicitly voiced your opinion as a newer midlevel IM on your very first sentence, my comments are based on that fact and pertain to your newer midlevel IM.

Challange system came out in late 2012 and Ironman came out in late 2014 (the date above my name). 2012 comes before 2014. How is it fair I was given almost 200k a day in skills like dung for doing c1 small floor in 2 mins all those years ago and new irons now cannot benefit? (and yes, I know it got reworked so they had to do c6 later on, so it took 5 mins)

Why bring up silly legendary pets that no iron uses in every post you make?. They can't use scrolls for yaks/steel titans/ ripper demons, or anything else so they are pointless. The ROL ability has been disabled along with slayer/ high alch/ repair and fertiliser and for skilling carpets are more useful.

I am talking about the new Challenge System with the dailies and TH keys and such that the person I replied to complained about. It is incredibly obvious we couldn't have TH key in 2012 as you make up more lies as always because TH came out in 2014.

Challange system has always had dailies since 2012 that's why it's called daily challenge. Not a single person mentioned daily keys apart from you, why would irons even care about keys.

What? You didn't realize Legendary Pets can offer a lot to us player than just pickup a random item with a 30 second "colddown"? Scavenging is the worst and least used ability for a Legendary Pet. That's why many Legendary Pets are sold for a lot of Runecoins (like 1k each).
