This is really great news for my lowbie alt. He has been lagging on leveling Necromancy just for the news today. I just unloaded all the Penguin Points I saved up and gained plenty of levels.

Being able to buy 15 keys from the Oddments Store each day instead of 10 helps much too.

Combat Flash Events weren't appealing but with the Necromancy xp embargo lifted, combat flash events are now quick Necromancy xp and worth doing again.

That XP from the flash events IS pretty sweet. I think I got 88k in Necro. I was going to do combat the rest of the way to 120, but now it is a challenge to do as little as possible with bonus xp and lamps.

Combat Flash Events give good gp for just a few minutes. Leveling Necromancy with Combat Wildy Flash Events is much better than rituals now.
