Earlier today, they released the following message on Discord (but I have corrected their typo):

Hey Folks

Unfortunately due to some technical issues, the March Prime Gaming rewards will not be launching on the 21st (today) we are tentatively looking to launch them on the 28th but we will keep players updated as the situation progresses. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this delay.

They have since removed the Prime section from this week's news post.
