No.
Membership will remain at the RuneScape account level, just like it is now. For example, let's say you have two accounts, and you add them both to your Jagex Account 'Helse' and 'Helse2' (for convenience). If you buy membership for 'Helse', you will have access to both OSRS and RS3 membership on that account, but 'Helse2' will remain F2P. You'll need to buy a separate subscription package for that account.

which is the dumbest thing ever. we already give jagex enough money through th, you would think they could make it possible to just pay for one memship for all accounts like how world of warcraft has it. but money right?
