As for the lag and crowds, once most of RuneScape get their 99s in order to get their Max capes back, it will die down — which means me and my Walmart special, 2012 Gateway PC, will have to wait a month to get my cape back :O


I don't have anything to add about the bank chest other than I support adding one.

But I wanted to mention that I ALSO HAVE A 2012 WALMART GATEWAY LAPTOP

True but a bank chest at the site would be way more convenient, I lost count of the amount of times I had to run to the bank yesterday.

It's surprising they didn't add one, especially when you look at the large amount of banking options that were added to Fort Forinthry, there are six there and it's tiny in comparison to Um.

I don't mind a bank chest at the ritual site but there is really not a big need for it.

We don't need to run to the bank when we can just lodestone teleport to War's Retreat where the bank is right next to it. We can then use Ritual Site teleport to go right back there. I think this is by a wide margin the best way to bank.

The Fort Forinthry banks are designed for players who need to bank far more often... like every couple of minutes, but we don't really need to make bank runs often with rituals.

This!

Teleporting, especially lodestone teleporting are the best rewards and best way to travel across Gielinor. War's Retreat is especially great as there is a bank chest right next to it. I can see Jagex want us to earn such a greater rewards by completing Um Diaries.
