First time encountering a bug on RS and it's pretty bad.

Started Murder on the Border by talking to Aster, Spoke to Bill about Murder on the Border, made the willow frames and stone wall segments from scratch, created the blueprint, went over to the Kitchen area and there's no construction hotspots anywhere.

Any one else having this issue? I've reported the bug but it's stopping me from getting to the point where I can construct the Guardhouse and the Grove, so frustrating!

The Fort Kitchen was over 3 months old. It is hardly anything recent and I haven't seen any bugs as you described.

You may want to double check if you are really in the process of constructing a Kitchen. A common mistake I have seen in building the Fort is players are actually processing another blueprint than the one they want. In that case, you may want to cancel your current Fort construction and start another Kitchen blueprint, or if you want to be sure you don't waste the material you have spent on the current blueprint, go around the fort and see if there are construction hotspots on another building so you can complete them first.

You have reported what you think is a bug anyway, as Archaeox suggested there is nothing anyone in the forums can do about bugs.
