BUG Can´t do Aftermath

First english is not my first lenguage.

After i do this new quest seccession i can´t get back my completionist cape cause one of the reqs are miniquests so... there is no way to start the Aftermath miniquest after doing that new quest cause Adrasteia now just talk about the succession memories, and there is no way to start that aftermath miniquest, i have about 8 kills solo and about 11+ with more ppl of zamoral lord of chaos. So what's going on?

Ok... there are 2 Adrasteias in the same place ... so there´s no bug please close this thread
