Just in case anyone is as dumb as I am - If you choose to scrap your blueprint progress on a 'plot' (or whatever you want to call them) you'll not get any resources back, so be aware.
It happened to me because there's no indicator for which plots you've already built to t3.
So I ended up wasting resources on a plot that was already t3, woops! double check!

I don't think you scrap any blueprint progress. Even at T3, we still continue to gain xp by reinforcing it. The resources you put into a T3 building won't be wasted.
^ But the resources were wasted because there's no point in reinforcing. SLR clearly just wanted to complete the other buildings to tier 3, and chose a building he's already completed my mistake. That one mistake has cost him his materials. AKA, they have been wasted.

Construction progress can be used in numerous ways, for example Yak Tracks. There are plenty of things we can do with xp even if somebody don't need care about gaining more xp.
Good for him to remind other players (if they care) about checking the tiers of their buildings. There is also ways we can tell what tier a building is from the benefits they provide. For example, when I see I have 70 workers in Anachronia, I know I have a T3 Command Center.
