Mini Quest bug or glitch

I've sent 4 bug reports in (before the recent problems) and posted in the tech help and nothing so hopefully somebody will have some advice.

When Civil War came out, I checked the requirements and saw that I hadn't done the Gross Misconduct achievement at the volcano, however, according to the achievement log I have done it. I've since killed several hundred more demons as the volcano, but the Gross Misconduct achievement still shows in the quest log as unfinished. I've checked at the castle and spoken to the npc but all she tells me is that my helpers for the Zamorak fight are waiting for me. Any ideas other than spamming Jagex with bug reports?

When I chat to Adrasteia she tells me about the followers waiting for me. I've checked several times and Anne Dmitri doesn't show for me.

I have the Infernal Puzzle Box, but that isn't in the list of what is needed for the Civil War mini quest, it just says I need to complete Gross Misconduct, which I have done, several times over.

Basically you should just need to talk to Anne Dimitiri to finish the quest.

When you cross the bridge from Edgeville heading to the GE shortcut, the NPC tree Quercus is alongside the wilderness wall.

She should be just north of there in level 2 of the wilderness. There is a small pile of rocks or graves with a banner in the spot she stands in.

Hi, this happened to me too and I have solved it!
Depending where you are in various story/quests there are 2 adrasteia in runescape one is on the first floor (uk) of fally castle and is the wrong one for this quest. The other is on the 2nd floor with sir vyvian and is the one you need to speak to.
