Flashing screen has returned

This first started with the wilderness flash events, which is easy to remember. Since the update every single time the login page flashes like crazy, and now it has extended to the lobby.

From the lobby I can enter the game. That was a terrible idea. The flashing is unbearable. If your lobby is flashing don't try going into the game!

For me this can be easily fixed by clicking the window icon top right of the screen. (restore down) Even knowing that, once I went in the game it was so bad I could only dig for the logout button. Using Intel based laptop.
