Players can now toggle whether targeted movement abilities target scenery - this can be done in the Targeting section under the Combat & Action Bar category of the settings. This currently applies to Bladed Dive and Dive.
what does target scenery mean? I have not observed any changes toggling this

I'm guessing for stuff on the ground like I've tried to bd to a spot and couldn't because of some effect (or rather something) on the ground like I wanna say trying to bd to a fern or something like that anything that gives it a red click box it won't bd there if that makes sense lol that's my guess though haven't tested it out yet to be sure
my friend says this is for the new features bd can do, like when you dive to a frog in BGH it automatically starts taking the poison. apparently this can disable that effect if desired

I went to check out those BGH frogs and it was strange. Both versions of dive work on the frogs regardless of the settings. Normal dive just dives into them without gathering the poison.
Bladed dive has worked there for a long time now.
For normal dive, even though it works on those frogs, it still fails on the trees.
So the frogs are just different, they were already made to allow for this feature.
I'm confused about this as well. I'm in a slayer area and clicking walls near a square that can be dived on still gives an error message that you can't dive there. Was the ability to click walls or physical objects that are part of the background to dive near them not supposed to be included in this update? I want to click walls at edimmu dungeon to dive onto the tile right in front of it but I still can't after this update. New toggle doesn't really affect my gameplay and isn't really what I was asking for.
