There was no game update today in RS3. If you are talking about yet another OSRS bug like this one, I know it is frustrating for a lot of OSRS players but all you can do is report those bugs and if you want further discussion or ask if other OSRS players' games are broken by this bug, perhaps you should go to the OSRS General Forum.
