i just loged in on my jagex accout lucher doing the quest to do my first ritial and it keeps saying sweep all the dust away before we can begin yet they is no dust?

I'm not sure, but in your picture it looks like the square directly above the center pillar could need dusted. It is a different shade.

There should be blinking arrows on top of the "dusts". Some people may have different graphics setting and they don't show.

I don't know about the bug or not, or whether they fixed it, but I have just twice with 2 different accounts with min graphics settings and different graphics cards and see no problem.
