Can't Smelt Blurite Ore Thread is locked

I must be doing something wrong.

When I try to smelt blurite ore into bars, the smelter only gives me the option to make a keystone, which needs a blurite bar, which i dont have.

How to I smelt blurite ore into bars?

Well, it says I haven't completed the quest to be able to smelt blurite. I can't complete the quest until I smelt the blurite. I can't super heat it either I get the same message.

Edit: I needed just the ore....BUT I had the Iron and had just mined the Blurite ore and he told me to go get the Blurite. So I assumed it needed to be a bar. I read the quest Guide and it said ore so I dropped the extra ore plus the one I had for the quest and logged out all the way. Logged back in got new Blurite ore and talked to Dwarf and it worked.
