When using the Spirit Tree to teleport into the Grand Exchange, you may find yourself unable to move because you are placed in a field of Christmas presents.

You can get around this problem by using the Home Teleport to travel to Edgeville, then use the tunnel to enter the Grand Exchange.

I still cannot find the "Report" button, so I have not been able to submit a bug report.

That is such a strange thing. There's no way that should happen, they just keep painting over the map without checking what is underneath it.

I experienced this as well. Can't bladed dive out in any direction nor can you surge or escape out of the presents. I assume area loot still works through the presents although I cba testing that.

It is probably an oversight as hardly anybody use the Spirit Tree to travel to GE in RS3 for many years since they introduced GE Teleport Scroll and free unlimited Luck of the Dwarves GE Teleport in RS3.

The in game Report button can be found under the wheel shape symbol on the top right corner of the Chat interface. You can also report them from the Support Center in the official Runescape.com website.

Are you on Legacy Mode? If so:

In the Legacy interface these toggles can be found by right-clicking the "All" button at the bottom left-hand corner of the chat interface.

Patch notes: " Fixed an issue which caused the Spirit Tree’s Grand Exchange teleport to place the player inside Christmas presents. You’re a gift, but not like that… "

It was fixed. Teleported to ge spirit tree and it puts me south of the spirit tree and no longer inside the presents.
