Thanks. It's rather frustrating when they don't have a helpful popup telling you what you need to do. I can't really tell if it's a bug or something I need to do, like finish a conversation in a quest, or something like that. No idea what the problem is.

I am having this issue, as well. I got a pop-up telling me to clear mounds of dust, but there is only an examine option.
Anyone found a solution to this problem yet?
Nevermind. Like so much of this game, I realized I just don't care about this new "skill"

I was fine. It just tells you to clear the dirt. Once cleared, you can use it.

That option isn't there for me.

I think the pop up is what is bugged, actually.

It seems to be looking to see if its shown before, but not actually checking if you've unlocked a new spot on the ritual site at that level.

I'm pretty sure I had it show up when I leveled last night, but I've already uncovered all spots that my level allows. You only unlock new spots on the ritual site at level 60 and level 90.

It turned out that there were other piles of dust to be cleared.

Great that you see the new piles opened up now.

For those who still don't see them, I suggest adjusting your graphics options.
