i just logged in today to find 15 treasure hunter keys deposited into my account without explanation. does anyone know why this is happening to random players?

It's a compensation for a bug at the easter TH promotion, in which players initially wasted their keys for no progress on the first day. Said progress was restored (so if you missed out a cosmetic due to this bug you've received that and potentially an additional reward) and as an apology players received those keys. Improvements: Tooltip / (F2P) QoL v2
