DXP counter is at zero

When I logged in this morning, I discovered my dxp counter was at zero. I don't know the exact number of hours I had left, but it was around 35. It doesn't even appear on screen now, unless I click it open and it is still zero and says I have used up my dxp.

There is no way I used all those hours. Rarely do I ever use up all my dxp time. In fact, I trade in an hour everyday because I know I won't use up all the time. I just can't play that many hours.

I sent in a bug report, but if it doesn't get fixed quickly, my dxp week is screwed! Anyone else have this problem? My husband's account is fine, just mine not working.

Good to know I wasn't the only one, but sorry it happened to you too. I sent in several bug reports during dxp week and never received a response from Jagex. So disappointed in them to not at least give some explanation as to why I lost my dxp time. Maybe it is tied to the clock which is certainly bugged!
As a paying member for 17 years, I feel I am entitled to some explanation. Some kind of compensation similar to what we got when the crash occurred and I couldn't play for a month would be nice also, but I really want to know why and what they are doing to avoid it happening again.
