I don't think law works the way you think, or else OSRS BH could definitely not be brought back and Emir Arena would not be here either, especially now there is also "gambling" (simulation) factor between players involved there. I believe Jagex knew real laws better than you.

Stop going off topic about OSRS, they have their own section you can post on, none of what you said is RGU. Yes, I do know English law that's why I pointed it out, but the problem is it keeps changing after Brexit and hard to keep up. Hoping someone else may know.

Stop going off topics about law first. If you have to talk about laws, REAL WORLD LAWS apply to all online content. Glad that you know this is RGU and Brexit or any laws aren't even recent.
