clue scan bug - since update?

Hi All

I am in the middle of an elite clue which is a scan for Menophos. The scan indicator glows orange when I am in the Ports district around where the soul obby spawns. According to the wiki there are 3 potential sites here, next to the winch, near the musician or on the northern docks. However the scan stays orange and doesn't find the location despite it being a 30 scan radius. Am I missing something or is this a bug caused by the new colours on scan clues?

I have checked the other districts of menophos and I don't get orange or red.

Please close this thread the clue is sensitive enough to reach the imperial district and I am an idiot.
