I doubt you have the points to unlock Globetrotter backpack yet.

Like Dilbert said the skilling boss is an option, I always see loads of level 3's there + it's another way to get the gathering/artisan shards at the same time.

You'll have to skip clues requiring you to wear those items with costume skipping tickets. Will be a bit expensive, but it's either easy or medium clues as those have no combat.
