I've been in contact w Jagex and they said they know about various issues regarding premier and they're working on fixes. So, looks like it'll probably be fixed, hopefully soon, maybe in the next patch.

Thank you. I had the same problem. Got everything else but not the outfit and pet.
Didn't know I had to go there to unlock it O_o

I was unaware that you needed to do that.

And don't forget to claim you monthly drop when you are in the Benefits tab.
I did not know about that either.

I think it is under "Premier Items"
Should be one of those tabs where it has a button to "Claim" the Premier outfit and Unicorn.

Even without it being a premier cosmetic i just recently had this issue with cosmetics via redeemable in-game tokens and still do. Its not just one cosmetic appearance, its almost all. Redeem tokens and the appearance does not seem to appear, when you attempt to claim another one, it is stated that "Token has already been redeemed." Plz halp! admins/mods
