I’ve unlocked both the conjure skeleton warrior and then the command skeleton warrior. However, only the conjure skeleton warrior is visible as an ability – it was never replaced by the command ability. (This glitch will not allow me to progress for the Tome of Um 2). What am I missing?

It shows "conjure skeleton warrior" on the interface initially. When you activate that ability and create a skeleton warrior, then and only then will it be changed to "command skeleton warrior".

Doesn't it make sense you can't command something non-existent before you conjure it?

Many thx! Seems you have to click twice in combat as well; previously I only did it once in combat. Also, rather confusing that it is not a permanent change to the icon, but only changes in combat every time. Go figure.
