500 kills and all i have is gloves. For an iron man that is rough given the supplies used

either give us bad luck mitigation, or drop all items in order (or both) until log is complete (registering pet on drop, not unlock, to prevent abuse of course) at which point remove both mechanisms

this would allow DIY'ers and iron men+ to get a set without changing the economy much, and 1 set is not going to affect the prices from long term farmers much in the long run

necromancy was supposed to be about accessibility, and this drop rate doesn't feel accessible

im pretty sure a log of our drops and kills are kept in reference to our accounts, so any back dated bad luck mitigation would be appreciated :)

edit: 920 kills and just gloves and lantern. This is nonsense drop rate.

It's always been like that for irons. 3500 Croesus kills and no helm for log, always 200+ points so at least 3 rolls per round. Loads of extra other items like legs/body/books, tools but no helm. Inquisiter staff was nice as we could trade 1 piece for another and coins, but the drop was so rare I must have clocked 500m xp to get it.

Did you really expect one of the highest-level sets in the game would be easy to get? Future updates will make the boss easier to kill just like most other content.

I have always hated the random drop order of items and honestly cannot see it changing. At least the level 70-90 drops plates rather than the finished product so that's nice.

except for drop in order items such as ecb, fsoa, botlg, and except for zammy that has bad luck mitigation over 100%, so no, its not ALWAYS been like that, and even if it had, thats not real reason to keep it that way

your confusing easy with long. I don't want the boss any easier, I've died about 70+ times now, its down to once or twice an hour now I'm at 1k kills, but that's great, I loved the learning curve, I really don't mind that I died a lot, as that's part of the fun. That is what hardness is, and I'm all good with that. but after 300-400 kills, as I said, I was down to a couple of deaths per hour, and in all honestly, is usually due to losing focus due to boredom, not needing to learn the mechanics better

rolling a 128 sided dice 1000 times to try to roll a 128 isn't hard, its just unnecessarily long, and annoying
