The Runescape newsletter today revealed over 30,000 players have completed the Perfect Build Achievement from Fort Forinthry, which obviously doesn't give any meaningful rewards.

It is quite an annoying achievement TBH. It took me quite a while to finish it, so I am amused so many RS3 players still love to do not too rewarding Runescores when they can use the time to gain lots of xp or gp.

Have you completed Perfect Build? Or are you the grinding, no xp waste, and gold farming, no gp waste kind?

hmm you have a point, guess they better remove all hiscores

It really won't matter. Doing Runescores is pretty much personal preference and achievements. To me, I don't care about comparing my Hiscores to everybody else as there are like millions of them now. As long as there is somewhere I can see my own Hiscores, I will have the motivation to make progress.

There are numerous achievements in RS3. They better don't make one silly Hiscores for each achievement.

Alternatively, they give rewards on completing certain major achievements or a set of them, like a Salty or Sandy title.

The optimal spot glows and supposedly make the builds faster. Most people probably just wanted to finish quicker and do something else. The quest makes you do it over and over for so long which doesn't count the buildings you have to do afterwards.

There's nothing amazing going on.

Most players AFK. It was pretty hard for me to click away immediately when the sprite moved every time too. I had like 0.3 second to react correctly and we had to keep doing it for minutes, or one delay or misclick necessitated a restart from scratch. Not an easy achievement really. It took me many trials and like half an hour.
