compost bin: can't add back in

After last compost bin update I cannot add ultracompost back into bin. Is there a trick to that or is it just no longer an option? Yes - the Tool leprechauns still store them. The bins were changed with the "Buckets All the Way Down" from Sydekix and that threw me off. I appreciate the replies.
