Every day I have to remove-uninstall the launcher and download it again. Can't go back to the old way

what launcher do I download for use on ipad? i dont have a Mac computer or Windows computer. it would be fantastic if the Jagex launcher was in the app store. ty
There's no need to use a launcher on iPad, the regular RuneScape Mobile client is able to use a Jagex Account. Jagex is looking at adjusting the flow in the future so you can change characters without needing to fully log out and back into your Jagex Account.

This is the worst thing theyve done, ive had more game crashes in the last few days than the 7 years playing this account. tempted to just let this maxed iron go to the wind and start a damn new one. death to the jagex launcher...

The Jagex Launcher is launching the game client that you already had, so it shouldn't be causing crashes.
Debske, you may wish to check that the launcher is fully closed (check the task manager) prior to trying to open it, if it doesn't seem to open without being required to uninstall. I personally found it worked best if I disabled having the launcher start on system startup, which can be toggled in the Launcher options.
For both of you, if you keep running into issues with the launcher, you may wish to ask for assistance in the Community Led Tech Support forum , submit a ticket via the support centre for assistance, and/or provide feedback about the launcher to the launcher team via their feedback survey:
