Just make sure if you have 2 characters that you link them together in one launcher, don't make the mistake i made. now i can't play with 2 accounts together because you can't open 2 launchers, unless i use a laptop or ipad which im not going to do when i have 2 big screens on my desktop and it would be a pain doing dk's on two machines etc...

So i will probably give up this game that i've played for 8 years or so. because both "contact us" buttons that i've tried just come back with errors so no help from jagex. All the money i've poured into this game and no help!

Not happy, I will miss my friends on here.

Can you not just open the first launcher then log in your first account, exit the launcher from task bar or task manager then load the 2nd launcher and log into your 2nd account? When you exit the launcher, it does not kick you from the game (first account).

You could also try and path the 2nd launcher onto another drive and see if you can have both up that way but try my first method before that.

Smarter people than me on tech support section that might be better able to help rather than jagex direct.

so today is the 5th day in a row i will have to uninstall and reinstall the launcher because it just doesn't launch. It fails to launch on startup, saying to check my connection, and when i try to open it, it flashes up and is gone. Repairing does nothing, only reinstalling gets it to work. So frustrating! FYI it was fine for the 1st week.

ALLOW US TO TAKE OUR ACCOUNTS OFF 'LAUNCHER' THAT WON'T WORK!

I can't access ANY of my accounts that are now FORCED to be linked to this shit launcher which is extremely frustrating... EVERY time I want to play on my laptop, I have to uninstall and redownload in order for the 'Play' button to actually work. It's scary that all my accounts are trapped behind this and the only warning this would be permanent was after applying and deep diving to find out this was the case. If you're going to force us to play under your Launcher, make sure it works... I'm paying membership yet not able to play what I'm paying for. This is by far the most annoying update to deal with in my 21 year history of playing this game besides the introduction of MTX. Please fix this...

Also, we should be able to play on multiple accounts under the Launcher, its great to have them all in one place, but many want to play more than 1 account at a time and this forces them to not be able to which is literally stealing membership money when we can no longer play on them (reason we buy multiple membership's).

I play 3 accs atm, once I have the launcher working, I select my acc, and hit play, this didn't work the 1st time i tried though, also I've noticed the minimise button on the launcher closes it instead. Weirdly the launcher worked yday, but not today, am having to reinstall ....again!
