XP Block quest?

So i'm super stoked that we can finally block xp for good and start to reset some stats that's been failed since pre eoc, but now's the question to ask. With the xp block in game now, do quest rewards that grant cb xp get blocked too? Been wanting to get into question but was limited due to unwanted cb xp that some reward that haven't been in lamp form yet. Please let me know before i go for these quest, thank you. "Anything lost can be found again, except for time wasted."

Not just quests, I think we may be able to block xp from different combat activities going forward. Mod MIC told Pocketgamer 2023 is the Year of Combat in RS3. We are poised to see different ways to enjoy combat this year, but this probably will happen more only in the 2nd half of the year, after the release of the new Necromancy skill.

Pretty much like every year then, with skilling and questing relegated to the sidelines again because the devs are all PvM junkies.

I don't think so. Don't forget the new Necromancy skill, it is not just about combat. It is more like Archaeology, perhaps with killing also added to the core xp loop but I doubt we don't also need significant game play in skilling.

Fort Forinthy is going to be expanding over the next year and a half, there will be plenty of skilling and D&D or other events too.

Doing so requires the completion of Dream Mentor, which awards 15k HP XP. So yes, it looks like it also affects quest rewards.
