So, the blueprints direct you to talk to Roald...you go to talk to him, and nothing.
Ask about the kingdom, beacons, priest in peril, blah blah blah...but nothing about the new fort? Something's off here...or there...and even the queens dialog only speaks of the Tranquility garden we created...check that portal out? Ok.
SO...what's missing here? What's going on?
Obviously something...so what be it?
The portal conversation is glitchy...There are players who are having issues with it "Flagging" the 'quest'. My solution so far was to log out and relisten in again.
If you still bug out, might be something else...report a bug maybe?
