cant unlock the My Fort Smells of Rich Mahogany medium varrock achieve stopping me from progressing my area achievements, (have 101 construction and sawed countless mahogany logs ).

Strange. I just checked mine. I have all the medium Varrock tasks done, but it does appear to be locked for me too, and it says that it requires 40 construction to unlock it. However, it's among all of the completed tasks. Mine says 21/21 completed despite the locked achievement.

This looks like an achievement that had to be tweaked with the Fort Forinthry update, so it may simply be a bug, I would report it using the in game bug report feature.

Probably it is just a display bug. The achievement points are recorded.
