Vorkath Log Locked Behind HM

Why does the vorkath collection log have to be locked behind hard mode because of the new vorkath's scale which is only dropped in hard mode? Could we get the red title to be the base title and a gold title to be the full collection log instead of just hard locking vorkath log behind hard mode? No I will not buy leeches for the boss. Are those of us who can't do hm vorkath unable to get the collection log now? That doesn't seem fair. Make the vorkath scale drop in normal mode too, idk what you were thinking doing this.

To be fair, they already made quite an exception for the cosmetic token - and as rare as this thing is, it certainly would qualify for a gold title. The inclusion of an hard mode alone does not though - otherwise we could go to all bosses, that feature an HM variant and strip their exclusives from the regular title as well - to have two - or even three if rarity comes into play as well - tiers. I wouldn't mind either way, but it should be consistent then.

They also could basically do the same an allow players to obtain the full loot table via normal - or seeing zamorak even story - mode. Just significantly rarer. Improvements: Tooltip / (F2P) QoL v2

Why? Because this has been how collection logs work all the time, regardless it is boss, area, category, clue collections etc. Any time they add a new item, regardless it is dropped by a boss, slayer mob, clue, area achievement etc, they get added to the respective collection log, so completing a collection log is always a never-ending achievement.

Collection logs don't mean a big thing to me nowadays although I still prefer to get the new item from Normal Mode. I'll welcome Varkath's Scale to be obtainable in Normal Mode for a very low chance (1 in over 9,000) perhaps as much as FSOA pieces drop in Normal Mode Kerapac. However, it is no big deal if they don't make this change as I haven't completed my Kerapac log for an eternity so it really doesn't matter if I don't get another collection log completed for a while.

One thing I noticed with HM Vorkath though. It is much much easier now as I tried it the last few days because the green and pink pools don't spawn on our feet now. So, HM Vorkath is not almost instant death anymore, and in fact quite possible amid still considerably harder than NM which is pretty easy actually. I plan to get my 100 kills thing done in NM first, by then I probably will have every collection log items except the pet and the Scale, then I will do HM Vorkath whenever I roll a daily Reaper Vorkath assignment.

who cares about Vorrath failed boss We don't want players to be able to buy their way to success in RuneScape. If we let players start doing this, it devalues RuneScape for others. We feel your status in real-life shouldn't affect your ability to be successful in RuneScape.
