why would claiming last promo mean not getting the new one?

Maybe because they completely forgot to update their reclamation service to account for this new one.

Edit: For some people anyways, since I know I 100% claimed the last promo that they had. And now I successfully claimed this one as well.
Could perhaps be that they managed to fix it now though, who knows..

Yet, when you install their software ( which you'll never use ) and, claim the key...

You go back to Runescape and, redeem that key....

Only to be told, By Runescape....

"Your account has already redeemed the maximum number of codes in this promotion. "

What a scam....

A total scam...

I will save the key in an email to myself but, that software is getting uninstalled, like....immediately.

Total, total, scam.....

Same for me. I went through the steps the second the promo started and got the exact same message... My second maxed char in Runescape. Played since 2001
