I am wearing the Igneous Kal-Ket infused with Range, 120 Slayer & Dung. If at best, it takes 2 or 3 cancels for perk to activate with cape. I just went through about 500 slayer points amd nothing. Anyone else experiencing this? Old School Player

That just can happen. It's something like a 20 % chance, so 2 or 3 cancels are even rather lucky for that matter.

Right! Consider themselves very lucky to be able to choose a slayer task every 2 or 3 attempts when the chance is 1 out of 5. This RS3's slayer cape perk is acutually one of the best among all slayer capes ever. If it was getting every assignement at one's choice, it would be insanely OP.

why isn't this fixed? 120 slayer isn't as easy feat, the capes benefits are hardly noticeable. 120 Slayer is extremely easy nowadays. I personally just equip the 120 cape and sometimes I wish it didn't activate so much. ( I don't want it changed )

I try to do my Abyssal Mask guaranteed task with extend everyday and that causes several problems for me. If I wear both and the cape activates I feel I have to pick Abyssal Demons. The cape supersedes the mask so I still have to use the mask task later before day reset or it's wasted.
If you do the guaranteed task past the day reset and try to right away get another guaranteed task extended it won't let you extend it. I have to do a non-abyssal demon task before I can extend the guaranteed one and that's also when I hate getting task choice.
