I had a look at Prime Gaming earlier and it’s telling me RuneScape is not on there. I may have missed an update saying this was going to happen so can you confirm for me if RS should still be there or if it has been removed.

I searched Prime Gaming for RS just to check and it still says no RS on there. There is a button next to that message you can click to let them know if you want the game added.
I’ve also seen Prime Gaming mentioned in connection with Twitter which I don’t use so that might be worth a look for someone who has Twitter

It's the same for me as well. Runescape is gone from the prime gaming menu.

If I click on "My Collection" it shows I have collected in-game content from Runescape before but, it is no longer available. A search for "Runescape" comes back empty.

I do not believe there was any update stating this was going to happen, from Prime or from Jagex.

i checked also found nothing I then went to my runscape account and seen that I was no linked to twitch not sure if that is the problem am working on that
