I managed to log onto prime gaming but it says
his item is not available yet. Underneath where you click the get in game content.

Yeah I just logged on to claim them and am also having the same issue with there being nothing to claim now. It was just there yesterday because I clicked on it and it said it would be available in one day (the 28th).

I claimed my loot on 19 april but it never got to my account. I think it has something to do with the new Jagex account I made.
