As a long time player, I am enjoying Necromancy. However, I do have one small complaint about the Rituals: When you gain the ability to perform higher level Rituals, you should no longer require the use of the glyphs and components from the previous tiers.

I was greatly dismayed to see that, once I gained access to the Tier 2 Ritual Site, I was still required to use glyphs from Tier 1. This is nonsense! **Especially** considering that the focus items for the Tier 1 Communion Ritual become useless at Tier 2. I should not have to keep going back and wasting resources to make the ghostly inks from the previous tiers.

It should be:

Tier 1 Rituals - Tier 1 Glyphs/Components

Tier 2 Rituals - Tier 2 Glyphs/Components ONLY

Tier 3 Rituals - Tier 3 Glyphs/Components ONLY

Further more, when making the Ghostly inks, the necroplasm to ink ratio should only ever be 1:1 for
ALL
tiers of Ghostly ink;
ONE
necroplasm,
ONE
ash,
ONE
vial of water. And the same should be for painting the glyphs;
ONE
ink:
ONE
glyph. That's it!

And on a related note, we should be able to use Necromancy or Divination to transmute the lower tier inks/candles/components/etc. int higher tier versions at a slight loss ratio; similar to the way you can forge Spirit gems into higher level gems at a 3:1 loss.

Please give these recommendations some thought. Thank you for your time.

The use of inks and other resources are great ways to create a freah economy out of Necromancy, while making great values out of old and low tier items. RS3 wants them because it has a very robust player driven economy for all kinds of players of all levels.

No it isn't. The "fresh economy", as you call it, is nothing more than an excuse for people to charge ridiculously overinflated prices for common junk, like ashes and bones. A problem, I might add, that is exacerbated by the introduction of the "tax" earlier this year on GE purchases and sales. It was completely uncalled for, and never should have happened.

i see no need for this, ultimately it just adds a layer of complexity, nothing more, which is a good thing

trying to work out the exact amount of lesser necroplasm for the rituals (including multiplier runes) for 35k souls was kind of fun for me, as you have to consider necroplasm used for multipliers for making the different tiers of necroplasm, was wonderfully complex

if a person is smart, they make enough regular and greater ink for their t3 rituals while they are working their way up through the levels, so there is never any need to "go back"

t2 necroplasm rituals are actually ok xp at higher levels, and so it creates the possibility for those who are willing to sacrifice a % of their xp per hour for more profit instead

the choice of whether to pay for lightning fast xp, have fast xp but no profit, or slower xp but making money has ALWAYS been a part of skills on RuneScape ever since smithing was a thing, so complaining about it now is pointless

Don't you realize the ability for players, and players themselves to create the market is what exactly a free market player driven economy is?

Everybody starts fresh from Necromancy. Everybody is allowed to practice Necromancy. You have the choice and freedom to make inks just exactly as everybody else.

RS3 GE Tax applies to everything, it is a gp sink and not being recycled into a rigged market with artificially inflated prices of items favored by only a small group of players.

No support from me.

Started doing the tier 3 rituals, and I am glad I do not have to shell out my coin pouch for the powerful necroplasm/ink as I am also able to buy the lower tier'd ones for the tier 3 rituals effectively saving me some coins
