I need some help, I'm trying to purchase rune coins on Amazon, I have the jagex launcher, and this account is linked to amazon, but when I try to make a purchase it has the drop down box to select account and its empty so I try to add this account and it asks for me to log in, so which account do I log in with, the email associated with this account or my jagex account. If I have tried both already and both say invalid login or password, am I missing something? I need help. I am trying to purchase some runecoins on Amazon. I have the jagex launcher, and linked this account to Amazon, but when I try to add to cart it asks which account, the drop down box is empty and which log in do I need to use to link this account to Amazon?

Hi TriickkShott.

This is a known issue. I'm afraid, if you have imported a character into a Jagex Account, you cannot currently purchase membership, Runecoins or Treasure Hunter keys via Amazon.

Jagex are aware of the issue, but there is no ETA for a fix. Glad to be of service :) (Powered by GPP™ - Share and Enjoy!)
