if you buy/sell through the GE youll never be flagged. if youre buying/selling person to person you have to worry about a few things, including if the person youre trading with is being watched. so if youre just wanting to get the gp from selling a bond do it through the GE and if youre just turning gp into a bond do it through the GE!

This much is obvious. Your missing his point entirely. Either he was false flagged or he is lying to us and hiding details. Nobody needs to be told that rwt is against the rules.
