I absolutely expected leveling up a combat skill is much faster than leveling up a non-combat skill. I never found any "race to Hiscores" exciting anyway. The real excitement for all the players, especially the new and returning ones, is the game changing new mechanics and content, and of course the new fresh start economy for the trader type.

Seeming Its Dave is the first one to reach 200 mil Necromancy xp, followed by:

Raul
Jose Return
Candyman
Legacy of KG
Elmis
Flamestar

and ITrolledU

Those are the 9 players who have hit 200 mil Necromancy xp so far.

Seemingly, ITrolledU is the only known streamer, and not surprisingly so as Necromancy is absolutely a fresh start skill with everybody on the same level playing field with no prior knowledge of the skill and wealth/items/status before the release of it has not much impact to the new fresh start meta.

The skill is actually quite good and exciting but the fast aspect of it just ruined it.
Imagine having first 200M in less than 5 days and 133 people completely maxed out in 7, followed by a thousand that are relatively close.
The action or process of causing so much damage to something that it no longer exists or cannot be repaired.

Omid ends up at #15, Maikeru at #22 and the former Hiscores champion le me at #37.

Congrats to all of these better known players for their gallant efforts.

Special congrats to the content creators like Maikeru, Omid and the others who have created milestones documentary for their races as well as guides for all us new Necromancers for the next 22 years.

Well over 100 Necromancers have reached 200 mil xp now. Only 3 of them are well known streamers and most of the others are some unknowns. It shows any "nobody" or new body can win in a new RS3 skill like Necromancy. Who knows? Perhaps the likes of Gnomonkey, J1mmy or even Asmongold can win the next RS3 World First Events. :)
