I do know where Wise Man's house is. The house is empty, it has been for me for a long time. I choose him for a present in the Christmas Quest. Still MIA for me.
I did google and results said He is in Piscory Colony until end of Quest.
Any one have a clue, a quest or otherwise? Seren Dipity

During swan song he's questing with you. So you need to finish that if you're in the middle of that currently to get him to return home.

I did the Swan Song quest and it is finished. any other suggestions? On the other hand it is not that important. Giving 5 christmas gifts out, easy enough to choose other npc characters.It is a bit strange tho..... Seren Dipity

Have you started but not completed Love Story? If so, you might have dropped him off to some NPCs in Rimmington or other places IIRC. If you have started but didn't complete Love Story, look at your quest journal and you should have an idea where did you bring the WOM to.
