i decided to check if RS rulec are written to forbid trading in game gold for outside of the game services or for real world services and it seems to be latter, now i wonder if i can trade my gp for for example isk from eve online and not be banned from runescape as it is technicaly not against the rules, and would this apply to games who allow trading in game assets for real money in some way.
Would be grateful for oppinions and corrections

RWT is not just against the Jagex rules, but in OP's example, it is also against the EULA of EVE Online:

"B. Selling Items and Objects
You may not transfer, sell or auction, or buy or accept any offer to transfer, sell or auction (or offer to do any of the foregoing), any content appearing within the Game environment, including without limitation characters, character attributes, items, currency, and objects, other than via a permitted Character Transfer as described in section 3 above. You may not encourage or induce any other person to participate in such a prohibited transaction. You may not use, transfer or assign any game assets for games of chance operated by third parties. The buying, selling or auctioning (or any attempt at doing so) of characters, character attributes, items, currency, or objects, whether through online auctions, newsgroups, postings on message boards or any other means is prohibited by the EULA and a violation of CCP's proprietary rights in the Game."

ok, eve online was bad example since transfer is dissallowed, but at https://www.jagex.com/en-GB/terms/rules-of-old-school-runescape
it is defined as this:
Real World trading (RWT) means buying or selling in the real world, for real money, things that relate to Jagex accounts.
and since most will not consider other in-game currencies as real money it seems to be fine at least on osrs side and some other game with same "real money" specification

If you sell OSRS gp for real world value items/currencies/services, then it has real value and will become RWT. It is prohibited by Jagex. If you pay someone OSRS gp only in OSRS for OSRS services like running law runes then it is not RWT because nothing of real world value is involved.

once again my point is trading for items with no way of translating them into real currencies legitemately.

Also osrs gp tied to price of a bond so by your defenition it is dissallowed to trade players for anything since it will be trading items with real world walue items

you are not getting runescape related items with the transfers. so it is 100% RWT.

it doesnt matter its a different currency from a different game. it is not allowed

OSRS bonds in the game has no real world value. GP in OSRS also has no real world value in the game. Hence converting OSRS Bonds to OSRS gp in the game OSRS is not real world trading.

However, if OSRS Bonds are sold for real world money then it is real world trading, and when Jagex is selling them, it is called business, although if you prefer you can call it real world trading too.

Besides, real world trading doesn't limit only to real world currencies. Other real world items and services with tangible real world values, even a piece of paper or one subscription to a streaming service and such have real world values so you can't exchange an OSRS bond for a piece of paper or a subscription to a streamer's srevice IRL.

It is against the rules.
It is technically against some real world rules to!

You do a service and do not pay any taxes of it!

In the end it its well known against the rules and yes is ban able.
